Welcome to DENTGROVE. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the DENTGROVE software and services (“Service”), provided by ZED SOLUTIONS LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a licensed dental clinic or healthcare entity.
DENTGROVE is designed to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI). As a Business Associate, we provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request or during onboarding.
We are responsible for HIPAA compliance within the scope of our infrastructure and platform. However, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary patient consents and ensuring your clinic staff uses the system in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
Our platform collects and stores emails, phone numbers, appointment history, and message logs as part of delivering automation services. Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance. You are responsible for informing patients and obtaining their consent when required by law.
Patients explicitly opt-in to receive SMS and email communications by checking a consent box on digital forms or during in-person registration. Each message includes an option to opt out by replying "STOP".
DENTGROVE provides marketing automation tools for dental practices, including patient reactivation workflows, appointment scheduling, SMS/email communications, and CRM features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
DENTGROVE operates on a subscription-based model for its services.
All charges are non-refundable once payment is processed, including monthly and annual plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations will stop future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months, unused time, or downgrades. We encourage users to fully evaluate the system during any available trial period before upgrading to a paid plan.

All software, branding, designs, and written content are the exclusive property of ZED SOLUTIONS LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or patient appointments, resulting from use or misuse of our platform. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, abuse of the system, or non-payment. You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We do not sell your clinic or patient data. Data may be used internally for service optimization, analytics, and support purposes only. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
